CRL MP(MD). No.15904 of 2025 ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that there is one previous case pending against the petitioner and hence, he vehemently opposed for granting relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner.

3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.9149 of 2025 dated 09.07.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police monthly once ie., on 1st day of every English Calender month at 10.00 am until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
