This writ petition has been filed, seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to survey and fix boundary in S.No.72-2 to an extent of 2 cents in plot No.7, situated at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Ambalakaran Patti, Uthangudi post, Madurai-107, as per the provision contemplated under Section 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and

Boundaries Act and consequently direct the second respondent to give police protection on the date of survey of the land.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
