O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent to release the balance deposit amount of Rs.2,64,154/- dated 31.12.2012 along with subsequent interest, in favour of the petitioner, which is existing in the petitioner's husband Chandran's name under Account No.30718134630.

2. Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

3. According to the petitioner, her husband, Chandran, died on 22.09.2012 and being one of the legal heirs of the said Chandran, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner has submitted a claim form before the respondent

bank, requesting them to disburse the amount maintained by her husband, in their bank, in savings account. Thereafter, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 23.04.2013, along with requisite documents before the respondent bank, which, according to her, is kept pending, without any action and hence, the present petition came to be filed.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has not submitted all the required documents and he fairly submitted that in the event of the petitioner producing the copy of all relevant documents, her representation will be considered in a time bound manner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim, directs the petitioner to submit a copy of all relevant documents along with a copy of this order before the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on such filing the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders in this issue, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as other interested parties, if any.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
