2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police.

Taking into consideration the submissions made, para No.6,condition No.(c) of the order dated 09.10.2025 is modified to the effect that "(b)the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Virudhunagar East Police Station, Virudhunagar, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and as and when required by the respondent police for investigation/interrogation" Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The other portions of the order remains unaltered.
