The relief sought for in the writ petition is to recover the money collected by the respondents 7 to 15 from public, using the name of Arulmigu Neelakanda Pillaiyar Temple situated at Mudappulikadu Village in Peravurani Town and credit the same into the account of the said temple. 2.Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader submits that the amount has already been recovered and deposited in the name of the said temple.

3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
