Heard Mr.P.Rajagopalan, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.Mr.P.Rajagopalan, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to file a review application as against the order in W.P(MD).No.9896 of 2025. 3.The 1st respondent herein as writ petitioner, has sought for issuance of a writ of Mandamus to survey the lands in Old Survey No.45/1, TS.No. 31, Rajagopal Street, Block No.7, Ward No.14, Aranthangi Town and 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Taluk, Pudukottai District and to also lay boundary stones. 4.By order dated 15.04.2025, I had directed a survey to be conducted, based on the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a period of eight weeks, in accordance with law. 5.It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner herein that already there is a dispute between the writ petitioner and the petitioner herein and the same is pending in S.A.No.1383 of 2004 before this Court and without even adding the petitioner herein as a party, the 1st respondent has obtained orders from this Court, behind his back. In the light of the above, I am inclined to allow the writ miscellaneous petition. 6.In the result, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, granting leave to the petitioner to file a review petition. 7.Registry is directed to the number the review application, if it is otherwise in order.
