ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the third respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.07.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by one Ramdev, an FIR was registered in Crime No.383 of 2025, in which, the petitioner's husband is shown as an accused; that the investigation would be conducted in a fair manner; and that the final report would be filed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner however would submit that in respect of the same incident, the petitioner had also filed a complaint as the said Ramdev had made averments which are contrary to facts and that the respondents are refusing to register an FIR.

4. The respondents may conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's complaint and take action in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
