ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The issue involved in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to appoint Registrar and Female Member in the State Consumer Dispute Reddressal Commission, Chennai and ensure speedy justice to the consumer litigants by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2013.

2.Heard both sides.

3.We have already passed similar order in respect of identical prayer in WP(MD)No.16277 of 2015 on 08.09.2015, which reads as follows: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ "Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance expressed in Public Interest, the Writ Petition is disposed

of, directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.08.2015, on merits and pass orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. ..."

4.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.06.2013 on merits and pass orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
