(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner seeks removal of encroachment committed by the fourth respondent in Survey No.346/30 in Usrathukudierruppu, Puthantharuvai Village, Sattankulam Taluk, Tuticorin District. The writ petitioner has already given a representation dated 30.04.2013. But, no action has been taken.

2.We direct the second respondent to enquire into the matter. If any encroachment is noticed, the same shall be removed after issuing notice to the fourth respondent. Statutory procedure shall be followed. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
