O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the second respondent relating to the proceedings in Mu.Mu.(A4)/3963/2008 dated 24.11.2008 and quash the same and further direct the second respondent to issue a destitute widow certificate within the stipulated period.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner's request for issuance of destitute widow certificate was already rejected by the second respondent stating that the petitioner herein receiving a sum of Rs.8,634/- as pension, after the death of her husband and hence, the petitioner is not entitled for the destitute widow certificate. A copy of the said order dated 24.11.2008 was also produced before this Court signed by the Chief Assistant of Revenue Divisional Officer on 04.11.2011, I am not inclined to give any direction to the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to issue destitute widow certificate. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
