These Petitions are filed to condone the delay of 43 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeals against the order made in M.C.O.P.Nos. 58 of 2023, and 699 of 2022, dated 21.01.2025 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal cum Special Subordinate Judge, Dindigul. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. The learned counsel for the respondents do not have serious objection in allowing this Petition. 3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these Petitions and on being satisfied with the same, these Petitions are allowed and the delay is condoned.
