COMMON ORDER The Court has referred the cases to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.It is reported that the parties have settled the issue and they have entered into settlement agreements. The settlement agreements are extracted hereunder:

CRL OP(MD) NO. 18622 of 2025 and batch

The settlement agreements shall form part and parcel of this order. 3.Based on the settlement agreements, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.

4.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, on conditions that:

[a]the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required. [b]the petitioners shall not tamper with the evidence or witness either during investigation or trial.

[c]the petitioners shall not abscond either during investigation or trial. [d]On breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the learned Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioner in accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and the petitioner is released on bail by the learned Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005)AIR SCW 5560]. [e]If the accused thereafter absconds, a fresh FIR can be registered under Section 269 of BNS.
