The grievances of the petitioner is that she is a member of the medical scheme and paying subscription for the scheme. Thus the petitioner is eligible to avail the medical reimbursement benefits.

application for medical reimbursement and the same is yet to be considered by the respondents. In this regard, the writ petitioner submitted a representation to the respondent on 24.09.2012 and the same is also not considered and no reply has been furnished to the writ petitioner.
3.Therefore, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 24.09.2012 and pass orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation and all the relevant documents along with the a copy of the order passed in this writ petition.
