ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is willing to prefer further appeal/mercy petition before the competent authorities.

2.In view of the said submission, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authorities by way of appeal or by filing a mercy petition as the case may be.

3.With this observation, the writ petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
