Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in Moo.Mu.AA2/3484/2013 dated 29.05.2013 and quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents 4 to 7 herein and the members of their community from in any manner illegally trespassing into the patta land of the petitioner and its fencing in S.No.797/3, 799/21, 799/6,799/17, 799/18 and 799/19 situated at Kadiapattinam, Kalkulam, Kanyakumari District within a reasonable time.
