PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 01.09.2025, made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11534 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.769 of 2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 01.09.2025, made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11534 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.769 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after completion of investigation, charge sheet came to be filed and the case was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.80 of 2025 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge (PCR Court) Thanjavur and that the condition may be relaxed.

Considering the above, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11534 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.769 of 2025 dated 01.09.2025, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on every hearing date. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
