ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue No Objection Certificate in favour of the petitioner to deal with his house flat No.L58 at Kurinji Nagar, Sivagangai District based on his representation dated 01.07.2024 and 02.03.2025.
2. Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the 1st respondent and Mr.S.Suresh, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent.
3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The facts as set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition reads as follows:- The petitioner would submit that his father was working as a secondary teacher at Government Higher Secondary School, Uthirakosamangai, Ramanathapuram District. He would submit that his father had obtained housing loan from the 2nd respondent bank for a sum of Rs.73,700/- and purchased a house bearing Flat No.L58 at Kurinji Nagar, Sivagangai District. The petitioner's father voluntarily retired from service on 29.02.2004 and the Chief Educational Officer had also allowed him to retire since the petitioner's father had fully repaid the loan amount. While so, the petitioner's father died on 13.09.2019.
6. The petitioner would submit that after the death of his father, he had approached the 2nd respondent bank and sought for No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the said loan. However, the 2nd respondent directed the petitioner to obtain No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Divisional Office, Sivagangai. When the petitioner had approached the 3/6
Divisional Office, Sivagangai, he was asked to submit the relevant loan documents. Hence, the petitioner had approached the school authorities in person and under RTI Act. After several representations, the school authorities informed him that all the loan documents were destroyed due to heavy rain and further issued the certificate to him that the loan amount had been debited from the petitioner's salary account from March 1998 to April 2003. Thereafter, he produced all the relevant documents to the Divisional Office, Sivagangai and the same was transferred to the file of the 2nd respondent office. Therefore, the petitioner had approached the 2nd respondent office several times seeking No Objection Certificate (NOC) but to date the same was not issued to the petitioner.

The petitioner would further submit that on 01.07.2024, he sent a representation to the 1st respondent on public grievance day and the same was forwarded to the 2nd respondent to take necessary action, however, the same was not considered. Therefore, the petitioner once again sent a representation to the respondents dated 02.03.2025, to date no action has been taken. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner is before this Court. 4/6
8. Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that representation of the petitioner dated 01.07.2024 and 02.03.2025 will be considered and final orders will be passed within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner 01.07.2024 and 02.03.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
10. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
