It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner sought for admission to appoint him as Pharmacist in the Tamil Nadu Medical Subordinate Service, based on his Employment Seniority Registration No.6952/1996. Now, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reveals that the petitioner was appointed in the year 2014 itself. The said submission was accepted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. Therefore, recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
