Government Advocate for the 4th respondent and Mr.M.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2012. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.6.2012, is directed to be disposed of by the second respondent within a stipulated time.

4.Having considered the relief sought for in the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.06.2012 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the fifth respondent and other rival claimants, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
