ORDER

S.Balamurugan has challenged the impugned orders dated 31.01.2011 and 22.02.2010 passed by the respondents 2 and 3 respectively, to quash the same with the consequential direction to the 4th respondent to promote him as Headmaster of the school with the further direction to the 2nd respondent to approve the said promotion.

2.The petitioner has challenged the aforementioned impugned proceedings by filing an appeal on 09.07.2011 and that the said appeal was dismissed by order dated 02.01.2015 of the 2nd respondent/District Elementary Educational officer, Sivagangai, but the same has not been questioned, therefore, the present writ petition is not maintainable. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 21.01.2015, if so advised. No costs. M.P(MD)Nos.1 and 2 of 2011 are closed.
