This case is listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned". 2.It is submitted that in the petition filed by the petitioner, the offences are wrongly mentioned as under Section 324 of BNS instead of Section 118(1) of BNS. Therefore, the same was reflected in the order also. Now, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to rectify the same. 3.In view of the above said submission, in the order, dated 27.10.2025, in 1st paragraph 3rd line, the provision is wrongly mentioned as "324" instead of "118(1)". Therefore, in the 3rd line of the 1st paragraph of the order, the provision shall be modified as "118(1)" instead of "324.''

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh order copies to the parties.
