2.Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent states that enquiry has been conducted against the third respondent and the charges levelled against her are not proved and further proceedings were dropped. The learned Special Government Pleader has also produced the proceedings dated 11.06.2013, to that effect.
