Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to take appropriate action against the erring officials namely respondents Nos.4 and 5 herein for the custodial injuries inflicted on the Writ petitioner and directing the Respondents Nos.4 and 5 to pay a compensation of Rs. 5 00 000/- for detaining the petitioner illegally and subjecting him to physical tortures.
