PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.J1/14445/2009 dated 06.08.2010 and quash the same and consequently, direct the 3rd respondent to appoint the petitioner to the post of Junior Assistant.
