This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned Charge No.39155/A3/2025 dated 04.09.2025 and the Consequential impugned order of suspension in Proc.No.40323/B3/2025 dated 09.09.2025 on the file of the Respondent.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has submitted his explanation to the charge memo on 13.09.2025, there shall be a direction to the respondent to bring the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner to its logical conclusion within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
