Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order in Na.Ka.No.2333/12/E1 dated 20.06.2013 which was served on 04.07.2013 of the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to restore the name of the petitioner in the roll of the registered contractors on the file of the second respondent and pass such other or further orders as this Court may deem fit and proper. W.P.(MD)No.11042 of 2013:
