ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 04.09.2025 to respondent Nos.2 to 4 herein in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14603 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 1st respondent police.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner/de-facto complainant submitted that the accused/respondent Nos. 2 to 4 have violated the conditions imposed on them.

4. However, there is no specific allegation that the accused have tortured or intimidated the de-facto complainant. If such allegation happened, the de-facto complainant ought to have preferred a police complaint, which has not been filed.

5. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 18-11-2025 mkn 3/4
