This impleading application has been filed by a person asserting ownership over the land, which shares an eastern boundary with the land of the writ petitioner.

2. In view thereof, this impleading petition is allowed as prayed for and the impleading petitioner is impleaded as the 4th respondent in the main writ petition.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the consequential amendments in the main writ petition. List the matter on 14.11.2025.
