PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to conduct the survey based on the application submitted by the petitioner vide Application No.2025/0123/13/013951 dated 16.07.2025 within the stipulated time period that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

By relying on sale deed dated 30.05.2018(document No.1332 of 2018) and patta transfer order dated 09.05.2025, the petitioner had applied for survey of the land in S.Nos.1045/1A2 and 1045/1A3.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 5 and learned Government Advocate(crl.side) accepts notice for the respondent 6. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that action would be taken on the petitioner's application and that the entire process would be concluded within ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record both title documents and revenue records in relation to the properties sought to be surveyed. Therefore, a case is made out to initiate action on the petitioner's application.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 4th and 5th respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's application for survey after issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them.
