This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to provide employment to the petitioner's son namely Arun Kumar by considering his education qualification as per serial No. 46 of Annexure-I read with Rule 12(4) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Rules, 2016.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 12.11.2024 for the very same relief.

3. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.11.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
