ORDER

This Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct the further investigation under monitoring of the Additional Deputy Superintendent of Police consequently to file a supplementary charge sheet in Crime No.628/2024 in CC.No.859 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2025.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that some of the persons, who are involved in the offence, have not been included in the final report.

3. In view of the same, this Court is of the view that it is always open to the petitioner to approach learned Magistrate with the very same prayer.

4. The learned Magistrate may consider the petitioner's application in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders. 2/4

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
