ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with direction to the second respondent to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
