[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner submitted a representation dated 10.09.2012 before the respondents 1 to 3 alleging that the fourth respondent encroached upon a portion of the land in Survey No.57 at Nallikudi Village, Kathiramangalam Kurup, Avudaiyar Kovil Taluk, Pudukkottai District. Since follow up action was not taken by the respondents 1 to 3, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition.

2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. We direct the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 10.09.2012, on merits and as per law after issuing notice to the fourth respondent and other encroachers if any. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the representation dated 10.09.2012 along with copy of this order to the third respondent, so as to enable him to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
