This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings No.256/Legal-04/Displinary/TNSTC/2011 dated 20.01.2011 on the file of the respondent.

2.Heard, Mr.S.R.Sathan Boopathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.C.Herold Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent submits that on finalization of the disciplinary proceedings the suspension period was treated as eligible leave vide O.O. dated 16.05.2013 and the petitioner had retired on 31.10.2013. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to the effect that the relief sought in the Writ Petition has become infractuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is
