W.M.P(MD)No.23617 of 2025 filed seeking to file a single Writ Petition is ordered on payment of separate Court fee. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioners makes an endorsement to the effect that this Writ Petition is not pursued, as this Court by order dated 04.04.2025 in W.P(MD)No.13859 of 2020, had anticipated an 2/4

adverse order being passed under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, protecting the petitioner by stating that the said order will not be enforced for a period of eight weeks to enable the petitioners to avail other remedies.

3.In light of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
