This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "To direct the Respondent No.1 herein to grant No Objection Certificate for the petitioner's online layout application bearing No.6CJBTDZ3 dated 27.01.2025 within a stipulated time as prescribed in G.O.(Ms)No.185 of Housing and Urban Development (UD3(2)) Department dated 09.10.2024."

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate informed that No Objection Certificate has been issued as requested by the petitioner. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
