The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to give necessary direction to the second respondent to return back the deposit of Rs.8,00,000/- based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.10.2010.

2. Heard Mr.K.Kannan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.Srinivasa Raghavan, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing necessary opportunity to all the necessary parties, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
