O R D E R

By relying on a sale deed dated 08.07.2019 in respect of 16 cents in survey No.15/4A1A1A and patta No.177, the petitioner had applied for a survey. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3 and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice for the fourth respondent. Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the petitioner's application would be considered after issuing notice to the other seven joint pattadars.

In these circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first and second respondents to conduct an inquiry pursuant to the petitioner's application for a survey by issuing notice to all the pattadars under patta No.177 and issue a speaking order after considering objections, if any, from them. The entire process shall be concluded within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
