The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pay the arrears of dues towards maintenance charges, service charges and carriage fee, as per the bills produced by the petitioner's firm and to pay the above charges on regular basis, every month, in future to the petitioner without any default.
2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner firm is a sister concern of Shalini Zen TV Network which was started in the year 2002 in the name of Shalini Zen TV Network and he is one of the partners of Zen TV Network. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given a representation to the respondents on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
21.11.2011 and so far, the said representation has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition.
3. Mr.Abdul Saleem, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/Arasu Cable TV Corporation submitted that they are ready and willing to consider the petitioner's representation within a time limit prescribed by this Court.
4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2011, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as any rival claimant, if any, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
