After applying for cancellation of the patta issued to the private respondents herein, the petitioner seeks the early conclusion of the inquiry in relation thereto.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3. He submits that the inquiry would be concluded and a speaking order would be issued within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Given the nature of relief claimed, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the private respondents herein. This Writ Petition is disposed of, without making any observations on the merits, by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the pending appeal on merits after 3/5
