This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to commence investigation in Crime No.121 of 2023 and file final report without any further delay.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the registration of FIR, investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti in P.R.C.No.91 of 2025.
