ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition that the orders of this court has not been complied with.

2.When this contempt petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent by referring to the Government Order in GO(4D) No.14, Higher Education (E2) Department, dated 31.12.2025 submits that the arrears of amount has been calculated as Rs.1,04,52,745/- and this amount has been sanctioned by this government order. The same would be disbursed within a period of four weeks. 3.Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed with a direction to the respondent to disburse the amount as per the government order without any failure.
