ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 169 days in filing the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.(MD)SR No.91591 of 2025 before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has not raised any objection to allow this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
