The petitioner seeks for considering the alleged illegal quarry, which is done in the Cauvery river.
2.Since the matter is of the year 2011, no useful purpose would be served, by directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation. However, if still the petitioner is having any grievance, it is open to him to approach the District Collector, for necessary action.
3.With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
