When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh representation. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Hence, permission is granted and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the authorities by making fresh representation. As and when such representation is received, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation. There shall be no order as to costs.
