This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to remove the EB Service Connection Nos.924 and 925 from T.S.No.83, situated at Puthur Village, Block - 21, Ward B, Annamalai Nagar, Trichy.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the authority concerned, afresh.
