By relying on the Natham Chitta in the name of Govindarajan, the petitioner had applied for a computerised patta. After submitting a representation dated 04.10.2025, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. On the basis of written instructions, he submits that the petitioner's land in New Survey No.59/21 is recorded in the Adangal as 'G.R.Manai.' As regards such properties, he submits that computerised pattas have not been issued. Without prejudice, he submits that the petitioner's request would be disposed of on merits. 2/4

In these circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider and pass orders on merits on the representation dated 04.10.2025 within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner. No costs.
