O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner expressing her grievance that her daughter born on 17.09.2007, who had completed her nursing course, is missing on and from 15.10.2025. The petitioner has also impleaded the respondents 3 to 6, who are the neighbours of the petitioner. In this connection, on a complaint given by the petitioner on 17.10.2025, CSR No.306 of 2025 had been registered by the second respondent.

2. The detenu has been secured and produced before this Court today. We enquired with the detenu and she stated that the third respondent Sundaravel had compelled her and taken her stating that if she does not come, he will commit suicide and under that threat, having no other alternate, she went with him. She is now prepared to go with her mother.

3. Let medical examination and other formalities be completed and thereafter, the detenu may be handed over to the petitioner.

4. Since the detenu has secured, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
