ORDER

According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in Survey Nos.149/4 and 150/2 at Kulathoor Village, Kulathoor Taluk, Pudukottai District. In the year 1997 during re survey the property has been wrongly sub-divided. In the above circumstances, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner filed an application to the first respondent to correct the mistake. Based on the application, the first respondent also directed the Tahsildar to file a report and the Tahsildar also filed a report on 15.06.2012, so far no action has been taken. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, since the application of the petitioner is pending with the first respondent from the year 2012, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 and 5, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
