This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to hand over the possession of land to the extent of 10 cents comprised in Survey No. 1169/1 situated at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

A.Kalayamuthur Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul for being used as burial ground to the petitioner's community people.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and the petition may be closed. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority, if so required.
